Glad that the interest rate is currently at all time low. I hope it'll still be relatively low come the time for our loan to be disbursed. Then again, such low interest rate reflects the sad plight of the market right now.
Anyway, we're still extremely thankful for all the guidance God has provided :)
Pops secretly drove to the site by himself after daddy's bday dinner on sat. So I demanded that he brings me there the next day.
This time, we brought Boy along to explore the Punggol Promenade with us!
It's a lovely lovely place and I can't wait to just go there for a jog, a cycle or just a therapeutic walk by the reservoir :)
Boy was panting like mad when we barely reached the foot of the bridge linking to Lorong Halus Wetland, so we gave it a miss. We'll be dropping by s'time soon to check that place out :))
