It's a common complaint from guys that girls like to keep what they are thinking to themselves and not tell them explicitly what they want or are unhappy abt.
I guess girls sometime to that not because they expect guys to read their minds. But because if a guy can do sth she was hoping for without her having to tell him, it means the guy is either very sensitive to the girl or they have some form of connection or similar understanding towards things. It gives the girl a feeling that 'he is the one'.
It's a sweet feeling, a magical moment, an unforgettable memory.
